I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I particularly loved the wonderful view of the city from my room. Furthermore, this place offers excellent services such as dry cleaning, laundry, and shuttle service, making my stay even more convenient and hassle-free.

Loved the spacious room with two separate bedrooms, perfect for my family. the staff was amazing - very helpful and responsive. They promptly resolved any issues with check-in codes. the location was great, close to the city center and easy to walk back and forth.

the sofa bed in the second bedroom was not as comfortable as the one in our room.

I had a wonderful stay at Neu Residences Smart Stay. The apartment was beautifully unique and provided a fun, apartment-style experience with hotel-level service. It was conveniently located just a couple of minutes' walk from the river and the main pedestrian center. The 2-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality kitchenware. I loved the large, firm beds and the as-new condition of everything. The view of the castle from my apartment was absolutely lovely. The staff was extremely helpful, even allowing us to check in ahead of time and providing access codes for a seamless arrival. The secure underground parking was a big plus, as it saved us from having to unload our bags elsewhere. I had a great experience at Neu Residences Smart Stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The construction work in front of the hotel made it a bit difficult to move around, especially for unloading bags.

The location of the residence is perfect for exploring the city as it is in the center. Within a short walk, you can easily reach all the main attractions. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen that makes it convenient for families with kids. The helpful and friendly staff provide excellent service, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The rooftop bar closes early in the afternoon, limiting the opportunity for guests to enjoy the stunning view of the city in the evening.
